It feels soooo cold in here! It's nice and sunny though... 36 degrees...

It wasn't easy getting up early this morning but I did it! And ran to work, the semi-long way. My right shin hurt a little at times but seems OK. I'm just not going to run every day for the next week or so, and be very aggressive with the cross-training. Oh, and the ultimate healing celebration takes place this Friday: The Legwarmers, my favorite 80's cover band, is playing in Falls Church, and the doc says I can take the rubber bands off and only wear them at night starting Friday, so I should be able to sing along a little! Jillzo, Aaron, if you're around, it's a show you won't want to miss!!!

I'm going to bike home tonight. Didn't bring gym clothes but I WILL BE GOOD and do some strengthening/core exercises when I get home I WILL I WILL I WILL!

The Legwarmers sound fun. I recently (past couple of years) got over a mental block that didn't allow me to enjoy sissy 80's music. Now I run, I run so far away...

A Flock of Seagulls!!! I went to see them this summer, believe it or not they still rock! Glad to hear you got over the block Mike, I don't think I could handle running without 80's music!

I love Pink Floyd! Sounds like a blast! Don't go too crazy Leslie, and take lots of pictures!

I hit Lactic Threshold for Seagulls! I owe it to Rachel's influence and her all-over-the-place taste in music.

I've got Pink Floyd on the ipod too. Kudo's to you Leslie for having similar tastes to mine. It's quite an accomplishment.

Yeah Mike, we are pretty cool!! :) We went to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra last week and it was unbelieveable. Everyone needs a CD of them for Christmas!! It is about all I listen to during the holidays!
