Six slow and beautiful miles along the C&O Canal after work. Gorgeous weather. Felt pretty good - did a couple of walking breaks too...

We had some awesome weather also today. Maybe we're in for an indian summer! Hopefully. Good to finally see some running miles in the blog! Now we need to get Jill back to health! Keep it up Lucia!

Sounds like you had a great week. I loved hearing about your trip to Maine! I noticed your target marathon is Austin-yay! I love Austin, and I hear the marathon there is great. We were there for Austin City Limits a few weeks ago-good times! Glad to hear things are going so well for you!

So, how is the running feeling?? Pretty good? I know you are happy to be running and all, I was just curious if everything feels as good as it should! I HOPE SO!
