Went to the gym after work, ran 2 miles on the treadmill and did 30 minutes on the bike and some weights. Then showered and got ready for the Legwarmer's show!!! It was so much fun, I love 80's cover bands!
My co-worker Diego was told he has high cholesterol. So I said he should exercise more. He said, of course, "I don't have time". I said, what are you doing today after work? He said aren't we going to the Legwarmer's show? I said yes, but what about after work and before the show? He said he was meeting friends for drinks... aha! - so you have time, you just choose not to make it a priority! Once you make working out a priority, you find time to do it, even if it's a little bit a couple of times a week. Am I right or what? It just takes a little planning, and yes, sometimes in the morning I hate having to haul work shoes, running shoes, and workout clothes everywhere, but it's worth the trouble to be fit! |
