Ran to the office to pick up my bike. A beautiful day!!! Soooo sunny! A friend picked me up from there and we drove to Leesburg to bike the last 15 miles of the W&OD trail. Sooooo pretty out there, I loved it! We were going very fast which I love, and I got to show off how strong of a biker I am. I really want to do a mountain bike race soon to test myself against other strong chicks. We biked 30 miles total, and I ran 4.5. Not a bad day!

There are lots of mountain bike races in Utah... you should visit and try it out. Moab is a blast to bike around.

I like the though of moutain biking but when I get to it I'm a big chicken and usually crash :)
